Replacements

• Once the unit is returned, a replacement will be shipped.
• Shipment notification will be sent when available.
• If the same model is unavailable, a similar or higher model will be provided.
• Delivery time for replacement: 3-5 business days.
• Reseller purchases: The reseller will handle the replacement process.

Product Repair, Replacement, and Service

• Products must meet warranty terms to qualify for service.
• Non-compliant products may be returned with a service charge.
• Repaired or replaced products may differ slightly in appearance.
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Coverage excludes software, non-GAMEON Store products, cables, batteries, and power supplies.
• Replacements carry a 90-day warranty or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
• The RMA process takes 2-5 business days upon arrival.

GAMEON Store reserves the right to invoice for service fees if the returned product is incomplete, damaged, or modified beyond the warranty terms.

Exclusions (Warranty Does Not Cover)

• Altered or damaged serial numbers/warranty seals.
• Damage due to incorrect setup, improper use, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized software installation.
• Acts of nature, personal injury, or transportation damage.
• Servicing by unauthorized personnel.
• Firmware/software installation errors.
• Water damage, missing parts, or normal wear and tear.
• Dead pixels within acceptable limits (refer to Panel Pixel Warranty below).

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

• DOA products must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
• Fill out an RMA form for processing.
• GAMEON Store will provide a brand-new replacement and cover freight charges both ways.

Panel Pixel Warranty & Regulation

• Monitors adhere to ISO-9241-302, 303, 305, 307:2008 standards.
• Minor backlight bleeding is considered normal, especially on IPS panels.

OLED Burn-In Policy

GAMEON Store offers a 3-year Burn-in Warranty for OLED monitors. However, the warranty is void if:

• Screen Care functions were turned off or inoperable.
• Extensive HDR usage caused the burn-in.
• The monitor was left on for prolonged periods without using the Screen Care function.

Replacements & Returns

• Contact hey@gameon.store for returns or replacements.
• Return all original accessories and packaging.
• If purchased from the GAMEON website, GAMEON will send a driver to collect the return at a fee.
• If purchased from a reseller, return to the reseller for processing.
• Refunds take 10-14 business days upon return approval.
