Welcome to GAMEON. These terms and conditions apply to the Site and all its divisions. They govern the use of and purchases made through our website GAMEON, providing essential information for you as a customer. By using the Site, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions regarding your use of the Site. This User Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance.

Account And Registered User

To access certain services and make purchases on GAMEON, you must create an account. Your account is personal and cannot be transferred to any third party. When registering and creating an account, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including your email address, first name, last name, country, phone number, and any other required details. It's your responsibility to keep your registration information complete and up to date as needed.

When using GAMEON, you are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to take responsibility for all activities under your account or password. While GAMEON offers products for children, they are sold to adults who can make purchases with a credit card or other accepted payment methods. If you're under 18, you may only use GAMEON with a parent or guardian. Keep your registration details accurate and up to date. If any information provided is false or incomplete, GAMEON reserves the right to suspend, limit, or revoke your access to the Site without affecting other rights under this agreement or the law.

Shipping

  • Free shipping available for orders placed in UAE, KSA & Kuwait.
  • Processing & handling time: 1-2 days.
  • Delivery time: 1-5 business days (tracking number shared upon dispatch).
  • Pre-orders are subject to their own timetable (available on the product page).

Returns

  • Contact us at hey@gameon.store for a refund or replacement.
  • Return everything received (box, catalog, accessories).
  • Missing items will require payment for the percentage of missing accessories.
  • GAMEON team will respond within 24 hours or the next business day.
  • DOA products must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
  • GAMEON Store will provide a brand-new replacement and cover freight charges both ways.

Fourteen (14) Days Return Policy

  • If not satisfied with the purchased merchandise, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Customer is responsible for covering delivery charges.

Refund and Returns

  • RMA process: 1-3 business days.
  • Refund issued back to original payment method.
  • Processing time: 10-14 business days (may vary based on country).
  • Return all items with original packaging.

Replacements

  • Once the unit is returned, a replacement will be shipped.
  • Shipment notification will be sent when available.
  • If the same model is unavailable, a similar or higher model will be provided.
  • Delivery time for replacement: 2-5 business days.
  • Reseller purchases: The reseller will handle the replacement process.

Important Notes

  • Returned merchandise must have an authentic serial number (for electronic items).
  • Authentic receipt required (from an authorized reseller or GAMEON website).
